Official Rules for the Juneteenth-Father's Day Ultimate Gift for Dad Contest
1. Eligibility to Enter​
- The contest is open to legal residents of Fayetteville, North Carolina, and its surrounding towns and cities who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Participants must have a valid address within Fayetteville, North Carolina, and its surrounding towns and cities.
- Participants, upon winning the "Ultimate Gift for Dad", have the option to transfer the "Ultimate Gift for Dad", as outlined in Section 6.
- Employees, officers, and directors of The NetWorks Now, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
- Employees from participating businesses are eligible to enter this contest.
- Void where prohibited by law.
2. Contest Period
- Participants can enter the contest on May 24, 2024, and entries close on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at 12:15 p.m.
- The official days of summer are June 20th through September 22nd.
- The winner will have up to 13 weeks of weekly "Ultimate Gift for Dad" entitlement, starting Sunday, June 23rd, as week 1 and ending Sunday, September 15th, as week 13. Participating businesses will not give or accept any prizes after Saturday, September 21, 2024, the contest period's end.
3. How to Enter
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- During the contest period, a participant may text the code (listed for each participating business) to 40691. The code will appear like this: (text: CODE to: 40691)
- Entering one (1) contest multiple times will not increase your chances of winning.
- Limit one (1) entry per person, per mobile number, per participating business.
- A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
4. Winner Selection
- One (1) "Ultimate Gift for Dad" winner per participating business will be randomly selected by The NetWorks Now A.I. platform from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
- We will hold the drawing on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at approximately 12:16 p.m.
- After the drawing, a text message will notify the winner. The winner must respond within 3 business days (Wednesday, June 19, 2024, by the 5 p.m. deadline) to claim the prize.
- Should the winner fail to respond within this time frame, The NetWorks Now has full discretion to give the "Ultimate Gift for Dad" to whomever they choose.
- To notify you that you are the winner, the winner must complete the form link in the winner notification text message and provide the PC# 000.
5. "Ultimate Gift for Dad"
- There is one (1) "Ultimate Gift for Dad" per participating business in the Juneteenth-Father's Day "Ultimate Gift for Dad" Contest.
- Except as otherwise specified herein, no substitutions will be made at the sole discretion of The NetWorks Now.
- The NetWorks Now reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
- The NetWorks Now will award the "Ultimate Gift for Dad" to the recipient through various methods: a gift card, a texted mobile gift card, the recipient's full legal name at the participating business, or any other reasonable method.
6. "Ultimate Gift for Dad" Eligibility
- The "Ultimate Gift for Dad" recipient must be your Dad, a Patriarch, or a dad 18 years of age or older at the time of drawing and reside within Fayetteville, North Carolina, or its surrounding towns and cities.
- The "Ultimate Gift for Dad" is transferable to your Dad, a Patriarch, or a dad 18 years of age or older at the time of drawing residing within Fayetteville, North Carolina, or its surrounding towns and cities.
- We may request the "Ultimate Gift for Dad" winner's identification to confirm their age and residency in Fayetteville, North Carolina, or its surrounding towns and cities.
- The NetWorks Now reserves the right to deny "Ultimate Gift for Dad" to the winner and/or winning recipient for any reason.
7. General Conditions
- By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and The NetWorks Now's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.
- The NetWorks Now reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by The NetWorks Now in its sole discretion.
- The NetWorks Now, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability
- By participating in the contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The NetWorks Now, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize.
9. Publicity
- Except where prohibited, participation in the contest constitutes the winner's consent to The NetWorks Now and its agents' use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or city and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
10. Privacy
- The NetWorks Now privacy policy governs the collection of all information from entrants.
11. Disputes
- The entrant agrees that the appropriate court in Fayetteville, NC will exclusively resolve any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, or any prizes awarded, individually, without resort to any form of class action.
- The laws of Fayetteville, NC, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, shall govern and construe all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or The NetWorks Now's rights and obligations in connection with the contest.
